Scott Phillips Jr.
President and CEO
 

With seven years of sales and leadership experience, Scott serves as President of the Keller Williams Realty of Greater Cleveland New Homes Team. His success in real estate has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors "Top 30 Under 30," Inside Business Magazine's "Top 25 Under 35", and various sales awards from the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Wall Street Journal, and the Cleveland HBA. Scott is a graduate of Ohio State University where he received a B.A. in Political Science and served as President of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. As a volunteer, he works for his fraternity's National Recruitment Board and is also involved as the Notre Dame Cathedral Latin School Past Alumni Association President. A Clevelander his entire life, Scott currently lives in Independence with his wife Jenny and their two kids, Madison and Brayden. Scott's devotion and enthusiasm is seen in all his involvements and has been a key ingredient in reflecting the company mission of "Creating Careers Worth Having, Businesses Worth Owning, and Lives Worth Living." 




Stephanie 
Vice President of Sales

Stephanie is considered an expert in new construction home sales with nearly 8 years of field sales experience of both inventory and design/build construction.  Leading up to her career at Keller Williams, Stephanie was a Sales Associate with one of the Nation's largest residential home builders.  She has sold over $25 million of real estate and assisted many types of clients during her career, including first time home buyers, "move-up' buyers, as well as clients looking to "right-size."  In addition, Stephanie is well versed with many different types of homes, including town homes, single family residential, and cluster/condo style homes. Stephanie's community knowledge spans throughout many cities in the greater Cleveland area; from Concord to Copley and from Stow/Hudson to North Ridgeville and everywhere in between! 

Coury 
Realtor
Coury is a full time Sales Associate of The Cleveland New Homes Team.  He has a very diverse portfolio with sales ranging from investor properties, to townhomes/condos in the city, to large suburban homes, to rural homes with expansive acreage.   With that, his market knowledge of many different products and areas are great.  He focuses most of his business in the downtown and the near Westside areas, specifically in new construction. 

Ashley
Realtor

Ashley is a top real estate agent and Partner with the Cleveland New Homes Team at Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland.  Ashley is a Mark Leader 'Mastering Sales' graduate and a two time Keller Williams BOLD graduate.  She is a multimillion dollar producer and her team has sold over 60 million dollars in recent home sales and helped hundreds of buyers and sellers. She is ready to help you find you r new home today whether you are a first time buyer, move up buyer, investor, or relocating from another city.  Ashley knows how to take you from start to finish and make your real estate sale or purchase a smooth and successful one!






Julia
Executive Assistant 

Julia Coming is the administrative assistant for the Keller Williams Realty of Greater Cleveland New Homes Team, where she is responsible for the day to day operations of the company office in Cleveland. Julia is a graduate of the Ohio University (B.A. History) and was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority while attending school, where she served as director of recruitment. An east-side girl her whole life, Julia graduated from Kenston in 2009, and worked for several years at the Laurel Springs community pool as a youth swim instructor.



Erika
Administrative Assistant

Erika has been practicing real estate since 2011, and presently serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Keller Williams Realty of Greater Cleveland New Homes Team. She began her career as a real estate agent selling homes on both the East and West sides of Cleveland. Erika is also currently a full time graduate student at Cleveland State University, working towards a master's degree in Museum Studies. She is a 2011 graduate of Baldwin Wallace College and is a lifetime member of the Alpha Phi fraternity. Erika currently resides in Rocky River, Ohio.
